1. Life Coach

Job Description:

The Life Coach will assist students with their homework and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. He/She guides children in managing their behaviours. He/She organises and conducts creative learning activities, and supports the holistic development of the children with programmes and events during school holidays.

Job Tasks:

Develop children’s character via value based curriculum

Coach and mentor primary school children in their homework

Conduct enrichment programmes (Art&Craft, Outdoor Activities, Games)

Maintain regular communication with parents on their children’s character development and academic progress.

Develop creative syllabus and lesson plans.

Ensuring safety and security of children at all times.

Address children’s behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.
Assist in administrative duties such as attendance taking of children.
Communicate in an open and honest way through providing both positive and negative feedback.
Ensure safety is being observed at all times during the conduct of programmes.
Implement the centre’s programmes and plans.
Maintain discipline among children.
Monitor and provide feedback on the children’s progress to the parents.
Organise and conduct learning activities for children such as holiday programmes and events.
Provide homework supervision to children.

Responsible for coaching primary school students in their lessons and carry out planned activities with them.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree with minimum 1 year of working experience

Valid first aid certification

WSQ Student Care Certified is an advantage

Demonstrate passion, knowledge, and experience in student development, programme planning and implementation

Strong passion for teaching children.

Prior experience in student care or teaching is desired.

A deep love and care for children.

Working Time:

11am to 7pm (Non School Holiday)

7am to 7pm (Rostered Shifts)
